How did we get from Pentecost in first century Jerusalem to Forward Church in twenty-first century Cambridge, Ontario?

Join me as we journey through time, tracing God’s hand in the formation and development of Christ’s church down through the ages. You will be introduced to key people, places, events, and beliefs that have shaped various expressions of Christian faith for over two thousand years. This class will help you make sense of who we are, how we got here, and why we believe what we believe.

You will also be challenged with the question: What now? If Jesus continues to build his church, what is my role and our roles in actively living out the mandate of the church in our neighborhoods, communities, and world? How can we as Forward Church best serve the world by reaching the world?
