Equip Class: The Old Testament and Jesus

In this four-week Equip class, we will walk together through the Old Testament story of God’s faithful love, salvation, and redemption for His people— a story that ultimately leads us to Jesus, the fulfillment of God’s saving work for all. Along the way, we will discover how the Old Testament speaks into our own lives and faith today, helping us more deeply understand who Jesus is and the depth of God’s grace toward us.

This class is required for parents who have not recently attended a prep class and wish to participate in the dedication celebration on Sunday, May 10.

Senior Gathering

April 29, 2026 | 10:00 AM-12:00 PM

Join us for this Senior Gathering as we mix things up a little bit! We will begin our morning by meeting at the Ontario Christian Gleaners (1550 Morrison Rd., Cambridge) for a tour of their facility and an informative, inspirational presentation on the impact this organization is having in addressing world hunger. We will then drive back to Forward Cambridge for our regularly scheduled lunch at 11:15. Cost is $5.

"Love your neighbor" is one of the clearest commands in Scripture, but it can be an intimidating one to live out in our daily lives. Over the three weeks we will discuss what a Biblical view of hospitality looks like, hear some stories of people who have fumbled their way into being good neighbors, and begin to equip ourselves for taking the opportunities to share the Gospel that being a Biblical neighbor will bring our way. Freedom Session

September 15, 2026 to April 6, 2027 | 7:00 PM-9:00 PM

Freedom Session is a 28-week in-depth discipleship journey that uncovers and offers healing for the deeper heart issues that often fuel our unhealthy attitudes, harmful behaviors, and destructive choices. Each session includes a video teaching followed by small group discussion breakouts with members of the same sex. One to two hours of take-home assignments are part of each week's experience as well. Cambridge Club Forward (2025-2026 school year)

Join us at Club Forward. Kids in Junior Kindergarten to Grade 6 come together to have fun, make friends, and enjoy a different activity each week! Kids will be divided into four groups that they will be with each week. Your child's group will rotate through our four unique activities throughout the session, so they will have a new adventure each week! Club Forward runs from 6:30 PM-7:45 PM You can sign up for the fall semester ($40.00) or fall and winter/spring semesters at once ($105.00). Scholarships may be available. Fall Semester Dates

Merge Premarital Course

Are you engaged or seriously dating with the intention of marriage? Merge is an 8-week pre-marriage course that provides video teaching for you and your partner plus a mentor couple to walk with you through the course. Topics include communication, sex, finances, conflict, and more, all within a biblical perspective. Please note that there is some flexibility as to when and where you will meet with your mentor couple. Once you register, someone will be in contact with you to work out details. Merge is required if you wish to have a pastor from Forward serve as your wedding officiant. You will need to register for Merge at least 6 months before your wedding, preferably earlier.
