Join us at Club Forward. Kids in Junior Kindergarten to Grade 6 come together to have fun, make friends, and enjoy a different activity each week! Kids will be divided into four groups that they will be with each week. Your child's group will rotate through our four unique activities throughout the session, so, they will have a new adventure each week! Club Forward runs from 6:30 PM-7:45 PM You can sign up for the fall semester ($45.00) or fall and winter/spring semesters at once ($110.00). Scholarships may be available. Fall Semester Dates

Sports and games - If you enjoy being active, this is the activity for you! Children will play different sports or games each week. Crafts - If you like to be creative, this is your activity! Each week you will create a new masterpiece to take home. Jr. Chefs - Create a delicious new recipe to take home every week. Club Forward is open to everyone so feel free to invite friends! Join us for our first Senior Gathering of the season. In addition to engaging conversation, music, and a delicious brunch, you'll also discover unique ways you can grow in your love for God and love for others. The cost is $5 at the door.

We are excited to invite you to our ministry kick-off event happening Thursday, September 26, from 7:00 PM-9:00 PM. This Gathering event is a great way to meet and connect with other women in a more casual setting. With Fall starting, and schedules filling up, be sure to join us for a night where you can be poured into. Enjoy some charcuterie and desserts, hear about how you can grow as a disciple of Jesus this year. Whether you are brand new to Forward Church or a seasoned attendee, this is a night you won't want to miss. Join us as women from Forward Church as we seek to grow in our understanding, and ability to study the word of God. This fall we will dive into the study Promises Kept. This seven-week study takes us through five Old Testament covenants to see God's beautiful storyline. We will see that God's covenants are personal, and are rooted in relationship and love. These promises will help ground us, give stability and help us see beauty. Every kept vow gives courage and hope. We will see how Jesus fulfills these loving covenants and experience life transformation as we discover God's promises to the people He loves! Promises Kept will help us build skills as we study God's word and learn to observe, interpret and apply the text.  Whether this is your first time joining an equip class, or you have been taking them for years, this class will help you grow in your journey as a disciple of Jesus. This equip class will feature, homework, group discussions, teaching and connecting with other women. Cost:  $19 upon registration. Limited childcare is available for Thursday Mornings Only, for newborns to pre-school.

Come join us for an awesome weekend filled with camp-wide games, hangouts, campfires, nine square, digging into God's word, and much more! Having a good friend and being a good friend are foundational to becoming a godly man. But few men have close, healthy friendships that sharpen their character. In our upcoming men's event, we will learn about the importance of friendship while providing practical steps for building good solid friendships. Come out and enjoy a delicious dinner of smoke brisket chili and cornbread over good conversation and fun.

Are you new to Forward? Or maybe you’ve been attending for a little while and you are still looking for a deeper connection. You are invited to our First Steps Gathering. This is a space to enjoy a light lunch together, connect with others, and learn more about Forward Church. We want everyone to feel welcomed and connected.  Our next First Steps Gathering is happening on Sunday, October 6th.  Let us know you are coming by registering ahead of time.

"Love your neighbor" is one of the clearest commands in Scripture, but it can be an intimidating one to live out in our daily lives. So, we will take a few weeks to discuss what a Biblical view of hospitality looks like, hear some stories of people who have fumbled their way into being good neighbors, and begin to equip ourselves for taking the opportunities to share the Gospel that being a Biblical neighbor will bring our way. I hope you'll join us! *This course is required for all Brant County Launch Team members*

What does it mean to be a true friend? Why is friendship so essential, yet so lacking in our world today? Join us this fall for a 4-week Equip Class focused on friendship.  As men, the temptation is often to face the challenges of life alone. But the reality is that we need others in order to live the lives God has called us to. This series will explore the importance of building and maintaining strong, authentic friendships within the church and beyond. Each week, we will engage in discussions, biblical teachings, and practical exercises designed to deepen our understanding of godly friendship. Join us as we journey together in strengthening the bonds of brotherhood and community.

od’s Word is clear about the importance of godly friendships — and how God designs them to complete us spiritually. If you ever hope to win the battles you face in your spiritual journey, you must be connected to godly men. The problem is that many men today act as if they don’t need friends — and they’re paying the price. Risking relationships is not easy for men, but it’s non-negotiable for God’s man. When you stand with others who share your spiritual goals, you achieve them faster. That’s God’s way. Godly friendships create consistency, provide care and support, stimulate healthy confession, produce new connections, and make you complete in Christ. They produce positive changes in your character, convictions, conduct, and commitment to do life God’s way. Join other men for this Equip Class with men's teacher, Kenny Luck and learn to build godly friendships in your life.

Our child dedication celebration provides an opportunity for parents to publicly express their decision to raise their child in a way that honours God. It is also a time for our church community to say, "We will partner with you in this journey." Join us in person at our Kitchener site on Sunday, October 20, at 6:00 PM. to discover what God desires for your family. This class is required for parents who have not recently attended a prep class and wish to participate in the dedication celebration on Sunday, November 3.

Attention all Sr youth! We’re thrilled to announce a region-wide youth event hosted at Heritage Bible College on October 20th from 7:00 PM-9:00 PM. This event is specifically for senior youth and will have worship led by WRW and teaching by Phill Miller. Get ready for an evening of worship, games, candy and connecting with youth from all around the region. Save the date and spread the word! See you there!

When you fly at 30,000 feet on a commercial aircraft, a glance out the window reveals a broad horizon.  You have a sense of the massiveness and grandeur of the heaven and earth, but not the specific up-close details of people, buildings, and places. Looking at the New Testament Bible from 30,00 feet, we will see the magnificent panorama of these 27 books and the weaving thread of redemption through Jesus Christ. This 4 week in-person or zoom class will give us a flyby of the New Testament, a love letter from God to us and a historical account of God’s interaction with His people.  An airplane can take you on an incredible adventure but the Bible can change your life - even from 30,00 feet.

Are you looking for a place to learn the basics and practice your English? Join us for our ESL Conversation Circles as we walk through some of the basics of conversational English in a fun and friendly environment. Whether you're a beginner or looking to refine your language skills, ESL Conversation Circles are a great way to gain confidence in speaking, expand your vocabulary, and make new friends. This class is open for the whole family, young and old. Beginning November 6th, classes will meet on Wednesday nights at 7:00 PM at Forward Church, Kitchener.

Few things have the power to create conversation, debate, frustration, fear, or excitement like the topic of politics. Families, friendships, and churches have divided over their political differences. The next year is an important time in the political landscape of North America as both the United States and Canada are scheduled to have federal elections. How should a Christian relate to politics? This three week class will equip you to think biblically about politics, and help you reflect Jesus in your conversations and political engagement. This class will be available in person and on Zoom.
