Jesus Teaches What We Struggle to Accept
While the crowds marvel at Jesus’ power, He turns His disciples’ attention to a difficult truth: He will suffer and die. Though they hear His words, they do not understand them. The idea of a suffering Messiah clashes with their expectations of God’s plan.
In this message, we see that Jesus forms His followers not only through miracles and moments of glory, but also through truths that are hard to receive. Sometimes the things that shape us most deeply are the truths we first resist, misunderstand, or struggle to accept.
