This intern will give oversight to the Children’s & Student Ministry at Forward Brant. They will be responsible to implement a plan for the spiritual formation of children and students from infants to Grade 12 students. This plan will function within the Ministry DNA of the church and accomplish our objectives of making disciples of Jesus who love God, love others, and serve the world. The Intern will serve in this role under the guidance of the Site Pastor and have access to mentoring from other Children’s Ministry and Youth Ministry leaders.
The intern will have real world exposure to developing teams, planning lessons for teaching, and teaching students. You will learn how to build ministry that supports families in the spiritual formation of their children.
This position can start any time after July 1, 2026.
Candidates must be able to agree in belief and practice with the Articles of Faith, Covenant of Membership, and Lifestyle Statement of Forward Church.
