Jesus shapes our faith by inviting us to trust Him with what we lack.
When thousands gathered to hear Jesus, the disciples quickly recognized the impossibility of feeding such a large crowd. Their instinct was to send the people away. Instead, Jesus invited them to bring Him the small amount of food they had.
Through the miracle that followed, Jesus multiplied what they offered and fed the crowd abundantly.
This passage reminds us that the Kingdom of God does not depend on human sufficiency, but on divine provision. Jesus shapes His followers to trust Him even when what they have seems insufficient.
Join us as we look at this passage and consider what it means to trust Jesus with what we lack.
