After seeing the worthiness of God in Week 1, Week 2 asks an important question: What kind of worship is worthy of such a God?

In Romans 12:1–2, Paul calls believers to offer their entire lives to God as “living sacrifices.” Worship is not limited to a Sunday gathering, a song, or a moment of emotion. True worship is a whole-life response to the mercy of God.

As all Forward Church sites gather together for Celebration Sunday, we celebrate all that God has done in and through our church this past year, while also calling one another toward deeper surrender, devotion, and obedience.

In this message, we will see that worthy worship is:

Surrendered worship
Transformed worship
Everyday worship
Worship that flows from gratitude for God’s mercy

Our prayer is that we would not merely admire the worthiness of God, but become a people whose lives reflect His worth in the way we live, love, serve, give, obey, and follow Jesus together.
