Kristen Maynard is the Community Groups Pastor at Village Church, B.C. Kristen grew up in the Lower Mainland, BC, serving at various churches. She has served in vocational ministry since 2012 and has been serving at Village Church since 2014. Kristen is passionate about teaching the Bible in a way that is immersive and approachable today. She holds a Masters in Worship Studies and is currently pursuing her graduate certificate in Spiritual Direction and doctoral degree at Fuller Theological Seminary.

What is the Abound Women’s Regional Conference?
Abound Women’s Conference is a day for women. The prayer is that it will be a day to filled with all joy and hope by the power of the Holy Spirit. Through up-lifting worship, inspiring teaching and practical workshops on relevant topics, this women’s conference will help equip you to walk in light of the purpose God has placed upon your heart.
Who is it for?
Abound is for any woman high school age and above.
Due to space, we may not be able to accommodate strollers or carriers in the Auditorium.
When is it?
This year Abound Conference will be held on Saturday May 25th, 2024
Where is it? (Directions)
Abound Women’s Conference will take place at Forward Church, Cambridge- 55 Franklin Blvd., Cambridge, Ontario N1R 5S2
Where can I park?
There is ample parking at 55 Franklin Blvd. Please be mindful of the accessible spaces.
When do the doors open?
Doors will open at 8:15am.
Are there reserved seating or will it be general admission?
All seating is general admission in our main auditorium.
How much does it cost?
The cost of Abound starts at $60 plus additional cost to add lunch. The price will increase to $70 on May 12th, and we will have a day of registration fee.
How do I get tickets?
You can purchase tickets for yourself, and others by going to forwardchurch.ca/abound
Can I sign up the day of? Or is there a registration deadline?
If space allows, we will have day of registration available. Please note that you will not be able to add lunch to your ticket the day of. Register ahead of time to ensure you have a lunch ticket!
When will I get confirmation of my registration?
Confirmation of your registration will land in your email as soon as you register. If you do not receive confirmation of your registration please check your spam folder, please let us know if it is missing and we can resend it!
What is included in the registration fee?
The registration covers the cost of all the main sessions, snacks and refreshments, and access to breakout sessions and an attendee package.
If I am unable to attend the Abound Women’s Conference, will you refund my ticket?
We can refund your ticket up until May 19th, 2024.
Is childcare offered?
No, we will not have childcare for this event.
Will there be food and refreshments?
Lunch can be purchased at an additional cost. There will be refreshments and snacks included in your ticket pricing.
What about food allergies and restrictions?
If lunch is purchased, you will be able to select dietary restriction options.
For breaks there will be a few food options for those with allergies and restrictions.
What should I bring?
Bring your bible, and a reusable coffee/tea mug if you desire!
Will the main sessions and breakouts be recorded?
Unfortunately, at this time, there will be no recordings made of any of the sessions.
