We are a Family (Ephesians 2:19; Romans 12:10-13)

Receiving the salvation purchased for us in Christ means we are adopted into the household of God. That means not only that God is now our Father but that everyone else who calls on the name of Jesus for salvation are our siblings. This week we want to consider what it would look like if we treated other Christians not merely as fellow “believers” (those with whom we share a core of beliefs) but as family. Romans 12:10-13 flows out of last week’s teaching about the church and offers some practical instruction for what it looks like to love one another as family.
