There is a significant need for more leaders in the church and Christian ministries. Many churches are struggling to find ministry staff, including lead pastors. We are committed to doing our part in developing and equipping more leaders so that those leaders can continue to equip the saints to make and multiply disciples.
Program initiatives will include Internships to develop future pastors and Christian leaders and the Forward Leadership School. Our goal would also include Global Engagement partners who are also investing in leadership development and raising up the next generation of missionaries.
